Zach got into the building industry in 2015 starting a custom furniture and cabinetry company in Grand Rapids, MI, overseeing the design and build of all projects. His eye for detail and drive to pursue bigger projects led him to home building. Rather than diving right in, he took a job as Project Manager for a respected custom home builder along Lake Michigan learning from one of the best builders in the state. In his time there, Zach led and managed complex home builds and renovations along the lakeshore ranging from 3500-8000 square feet. During this time, Zach gained experience and knowledge in solving the challenges that building on Lake Michigan presents, that can only be learned on the job. Zach holds a State of Michigan Residential Builder's License and is also licensed in Indiana. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, IL where he was a 4 year letterman on the football team.

A resident of South Bend, Zach enjoys exploring the restaurants with his wife in the South Bend area and fishing the small inland lakes with his kids. In the summers you will catch him fishing, coaching youth baseball and football, and enjoying the outdoors with his family.
